Alexander
Shift Manager
Bakery Hill Restaurant
- I am responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on my shifts.
- I supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to. I engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca’s Experience to life on each and every shift.
- I ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald’s experience.
- I comply with restaurant safety and security standards which includes investigating all incidents and implementing corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers. I escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager where necessary.
Alexander is a Shift Manager at Bakery Hill McDonald's, he has been with the business for almost 5 years and has been a Shift Manager for over a year. Outside of work, Alex is currently studying Engineering at RMIT. In his spare time, he enjoys playing volleyball, and getting outdoors.
Alex's role involves the running of shifts, coaching crew, and ensuring products meet food safety requirements. He enjoys the flexibility that management provides while balancing his studies. Most of all, Alex enjoys working with his crew and building genuine connections with both the team and his customers.

Hayden
Restaurant Manager
Warrnambool Restaurant
- I am responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on my shifts.
- I supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to.
- I comply with restaurant safety and security standards to uphold the highest standard.
Hayden is the restaurant manager at Warrnambool Central and has been with the business for 9 years. He has been a restaurant manager for 3 years. In his spare time, he enjoys running and watching footy.
Hayden’s role involves running shifts, creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone to grow and develop, and managing the safety, security and wellbeing of over 100 staff members.
Hayden has received state of the art training in Melbourne and Sydney and has attended leadership and industry conferences in Europe and America.

Natalie
People and Culture Team
Natalie Collett is the People and Culture Supervisor. She has been with Lamrit for only a short time however she has been with McDonalds for almost 20 years. She started the People and Culture role when I joined Lamrit back in August of 2022.
Natalie enjoys going on walks with her family around Lake Wendouree and camping.
Natalie’s at Lamrit is conducting in-house training and development, whether it is running a Lamrit specific course or Orientating trainees who have just joined McDonalds. Completing Training plans and booking courses and pre-work for our trainee managers and assisting with their development.
Nat is also fortunate enough to be involved with Retail Traineeships, working with RTO to conduct training for our crew who are completing a certificate in retail. She conducts rap sessions for our crew and managers and gathers feedback from our employees to constantly improve workplace culture. She performs in store training checks and store visits which allows her a snapshot of the restaurants to be able to provide feedback on the operations and training.
Natalie enjoys watching crew and managers being able to grow and develop, increasing their knowledge in McDonald's policies and procedures and having them grow in confidence and skills to be successful in the future, not just at McDonalds.

Jack
Supervisor
Is fully accountable for the business results of the profit centre and maximising the long-term sales and profit potential of each restaurant through effective leadership, coaching and direction.
Is responsible for delivering sustainable benchmark operational standards and supporting the trial of new initiatives.
Critically analyse sales drivers within the Profit Centre trading area, assisting Consultants to create long-term objectives to optimise sales growth.
Liaise with Licensees and other stakeholders in regards to relevant meetings and matters.
Take ownership and full accountability for ensuring that all legislative, compliance standards and McDonald’s people obligations are met in all restaurants across the Profit Centre.
Accountable for staffing levels and succession planning across the Profit Centre; ensuring diversity and equitable decision making.
Jack has been with Lamrit for over 11 years. He started as a crew member back when he was in Year 11. Jack is the Supervisor of Lucas and Sturt Street McDonalds. He enjoys going to hot temple and working out, maintaining his lawn and keeping his grass green.
Jack's role is to oversee the restaurants and drive sales and profit through strategic management of operations, whilst developing and inspiring the growth of our people. His secondary responsibility across LAMRIT is to assist the restaurants in the roster system to share best practice and improve labour results.
Jack enjoys spending time with people watching them develop and grow into their roles. Working on the business and seeing capacity increase.

Casper
Operations Manager

Casper has been with Lamrit McDonalds for just over 8 years. He has been in his current role for around a year.
Casper has been working as a supervisor for 4 years. Caspers role is to lead and develop through our people to achieve our business objectives.
Casper enjoys seeing the growth and development of our people and their ability to achieve results. Casper aims to grow his knowledge and leadership capacity as well as building my business management skills.
